Q. Why doesn't 1600x1200 tell me the height and width of the image when it's printed?

A.  Depending on the resolution (ppi or dpi), 1600 x 1200 can print out in different sizes.

Q.  If I want to print photos from my digital camera do I need to change the resolution?

A.  If you want to use your own printer, you will need to change the resolution of the image to at least 200ppi.  Photo services like Ofoto by Kodak will convert the files for you.
